Barron King was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia, and is a graduate of Mercer University, where he earned both his BBA and MBA while playing college football. His walk-on journey at Mercer—overcoming injuries, illness, and position changes to ultimately earn a full athletic scholarship—shaped his belief in hard work, discipline, and faith. He holds his SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, and he enjoys serving clients through some of the most uncertain and stressful areas of their financial lives, helping them find clarity and confidence in the process.
He and his wife, Carly, enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, trying local restaurants, and going to sporting events and concerts. They also love spending time with their two mini-Australian Shepherds, Millie and Remi. Outside of work, he’s a devoted football fan, an avid tennis player, a novice endurance athlete, and someone who enjoys music and reading. Guided by his faith and a personal mission to serve others with honesty, integrity, and kindness, he strives to approach each day with purpose and a positive attitude.
