David Maloy, a Partner and Relationship Manager at Patton Albertson & Miller, LLC, has dedicated his career to making a significant impact in the lives of his clients. Born in Macon, GA, and raised in both Macon and Roberta, GA, David’s deep roots in the area have shaped his approach to his work and life. Married with two boys, Joshua and Jacob, family is central to David’s life. Together, they enjoy vacations, sharing meals, teaching handiwork, and playing board and card games.

David graduated from Mercer University with a BBA in Finance and furthered his education at the Southern Trust School in Mobile, Alabama, becoming a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner. With a career spanning over 28 years, his professional journey includes significant roles in banking and finance, notably as senior vice president and manager of the Georgia and Alabama Trust Division for Capital City Bank, and as manager of SunTrust Bank’s trust department in Middle Georgia. David takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through various life phases with expert financial advice.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, David enjoys a range of hobbies including travel, cooking, hunting, fishing, and engaging in manual labor. He is also actively involved in his community, contributing to various organizations and having served in leadership roles, including the Rotary Club of Downtown Macon and the Macon Estate Planning Council. David’s philosophy of partnering with clients, combined with his extensive experience, ensures he provides valuable guidance and support, enabling them to achieve their financial goals.
