John Adair comes to the Investment Services team of Patton Albertson & Miller with over three decades of trust and investment management experience. After more than 30 years with SunTrust Bank, John brings deep portfolio management experience and an established record of accomplishment within the industry. In his previous roles at SunTrust Bank, John was a proven leader and trusted advisor to a wide range of individuals, families, and institutions. His dedication to serving clients makes him an outstanding addition to our team
Based in the Atlanta office, John will help clients identify and define long-term goals and express those goals through well-crafted investment portfolios that balance the competing demands of risk and return.
John is a long-time Atlanta resident and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Samford University and Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University. John has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation - the highest distinction in the investment management profession - and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Atlanta. John is on the Board of Directors and chairs the investment committee for Campbell-Stone, a not-for-profit retirement community for senior adults in Atlanta, Georgia.
John and his wife, Anita, have three children and they are active members in the Oak Grove community and the Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
